SimonL 4,108
In a flush of enthusiasm for 1:48 military vehicles a few years ago, I picked up the Bronco kit of the T17E1 Staghound Mk 1 - and almost immediately regretted it when I opened the box. Don't get me wrong - it is beautifully moulded, but for a modeller of my limited talents far too many small fiddly bits (some of which I must admit I left off). I started in in mid 2017, and then parked it for a long time. Finally got back to it at the beginning of the summer vacation a couple of weeks ago. It is finished out of the box with markings that represent vehicle from HQ Squadron of an armoured car regt in XII Corps. (thanks to @clive_t for pointing me in the right direction) From this link here http://www.warwheels.net/BritACsInEurope44_45BROWN.html it would appear that it would be likely to be the Royal Dragoons. Main colour brush painted with Italeri Acryl, details with Tamiya acrylics. Build thread can be found here. In the end it looks pretty good I think. Thanks for looking.
