Popular Post Andy Dyck 2,709
Hi all , this is my poor interpretation of a downed 109. I used the figurine from D-day and some civilian from Masterbox. The 109 is from eduard. the scene is fictional, because the white 7 was missed in action incl. the pilot. But who cares . It stands for many downed planes. And the figurine from D-day cried out for a little scene! Hope you have fun with the pics. Have a nice Christmas and keep healthy! Cheers Andy. ️️️ 100

SpeedyGonzales 566
That is absolutely amazing. Couldn't say which is better, the aircraft or the figures. Hats off !!!
Col Walter E Kurtz 1,128
Andy this is a beautiful diorama. Thank you for sharing it. I love the scenery and the lighting makes it look very real. Historically accurate? Who cares ? it's a masterful representation and hey it's your model. It's a scene that no doubt did happen and the figures interaction tells a story. Love the Dads Army soldiers "pride" on display as he guards the captured pilot! Well Done!
Holzhamer 614
Not a poor interpretation at all, it’s a splendid diorama, full of details and beautifully painted. Great work!

Toryu 2,087
Another fantastic crash scene! Reality is only half as authentic as this little setting. It's awefully difficult to convert what you imagine into a model, and take the pictures with the right line of sight (no.2 no, sorry, no.4 is the best!). You've got a top 1% modelling talent Andy.
Antti_K 1,893
I'm with the others. This is brilliant work. Especially the painting and scenery; they couldn't be any better. Cheers, Antti

SAT69 2,351
Beautiful diorama. You've captured a typical moment in the history of the Battle of Britain. Exceptionally well done.

spejic 109
This is really amazing. Looks like the kid is puffing himself up imagining he is a soldier himself. The skid has a very high level of skiddyness.
