Hi Paul. I'm pleased that you enjoyed the second batch as well! The Stephenson Hangar is the Aircraft Restoration Company hangar, which has an enclosed viewing gallery (which is not well signposted!) Hopefully, you'll be able to visit in early 2021.

It seems that the BBMF Lancaster is with the Aircraft Restoration Company to have its time-expired horizontal tailplanes replaced with new-build items as part of its winter servicing programme.

I really appreciate that you are sharing these impressive pictures. The last time I visited Duxford was in July of 2019. Revisiting the Air Museum will certainly be my first destination as soon as the whole situation we are all currently facing is finally over.
