chrispisme
Quite a job for a mediocre modeller such as myself Broplan ATR 72 with much scratch building and cobbling; and wit the 42 (built from this same kit, just sawed off) Comments welcome but keep in mind, I strive for mediocrity 31

fjaweijfopi4j48
What a wonderful model you built from the less than optimum Broplan kit. You have done a really nice job! Congratulations! Go Vacs!

I imagine it could have been better (by someone better at vacs) but, for me I’m fairly happy with it

Homer
Well i don't know why you think this is mediocre modelling, they both look very beautiful aircraft. I am sure you will get a lot of other members telling you the same ,excellent work look forward to your next piece of work, well done. 👏

Spitfire31
A humbling display of how to get the best from a mediocre vacform! Kind regards, Joachim

Vulcanicity
Nothing mediocre about that, would have been a very good result even if you had been building a shake n' bake injection kit!

AaCee26
That looks really outstanding built! Especially if it is that ultra thin plastic Broplan is using. It is fine for small singles but from the size of Navajo it is far too flimsy. I have been thinking to built it either short or long version but I'm not sure if I have enough nerves for that! I would take my hat off it I'd be using one. Cheers, AaCee
kev67
Very nice build, not just one but two Broplan models

Skodadriver
If that is "mediocre" I'd like to see one of your good models! Excellent stuff, well done. Dave G
Bullbasket
An absolutely superb looking model. I've flown in one of these, in Malaysia, and I was startled at the rate of acceleration on take off........just like a jet. John.
chrispisme
Thanks very much mates! I was too late to get the resin “Liberty Quality Kits” ATR models and pre-ordering the “Scratch Aeronautics” kit left me spending my money but getting no kits (I think the term is ripped off) so this was my only route available. A tough go but I really wanted an ATR Kit in 1/72 scale.

Do it! I was planning the same x2. At least you start with an injection moulded kit....
