Ray_W
@Col. @franky boy Thanks Col and James and thanks for following along. I now realise that I did not remove the masks on the underside lights and have since packed it away Oh, well. Already jumped across to the Mirage build. Working on that cockpit, re-doing all the rear bulkhead details and also getting ready for some Eduard PE . Will post some work in the ANZ GB later this week. Col.
That Mirage cockpit is looking rather tasty Ray. I'll look forward to watching your continued progress on that one now your MiG is finished.
Corsairfoxfouruncle
The MiG turned out quite nice Ray, I really like the colors you’ve used on it.

Thanks Dennis, Sadly I did not keep a record of the mixes. Everything, including all upper camo, underside, dielectric materials and cockpit were mixed on-the-go from Gunze Aqueous Hobby Color with the exception of the brown that started with Tamiya XF-5 Flat Brown. A key to the dark green upper and brown was to add a touch of blue to ensure the green was not too olive and the brown not too orange. It made for a very unique and attractive scheme and a pleasurable GB subject. Ray
