fightersweep
Oh! Your R30 looks incredible. Such great work and hard to believe it's 1/43. Love the film too! Thanks for sharing. Right Heller! Can we have one in 1/24 now please?

Bengalensis
The small decals have been applied. The registration plates are the kit decals. The roof and side trim strips on these cars are chrome with a black plastic centre line. I cut very thin lines from black decal sheet, actually clear sheet that I have once sprayed black, and applied on the BMF covered strips. Cutting the strips had a success to failure rate of about 50/50 and the same goes for the application, but in the end it was done. And yes, the wheels are on, aligned and "weight applied". So I think I'm going call this one finished!
JeroenS
It looks absolutely superb! Especially from the rear, very convincing!
fightersweep
That is an absolute beauty! Fantastic work as ever, and seeing it next to the Humbrol tin show just how small the kit it....and that just makes it even more incredible. As ever Jorgen, stunning work. Steve PS: I'm now also a R30 convert!
cmatthewbacon
@Bengalensis and I have extra large Humbrol tins especially for these shots... Great modelling and a very realistic result even on on this small scale. I wonder if we’ve got the full set in the GB yet? best, M.
Bjorn
Amazing! You could hardly believe it was 1/24 if it had been. Doing this in 1/43 is absolutely fantastic!
