Brigbeale
I’ve finished restoring the two Fairy Battles I had sitting in my restoration stash. Initially it was going to be just the one, but I saw a second one from the same seller and bought it for 50p. The intention was to use it for spares as the fuselage was damaged, but I then had the idea of ‘if I’m doing one - then I might as well do two!’. With Airfix not having any spares ‘Due to the age of the kit’ - even though it’s the same kit in their red boxing, I had to resort to 3D printing the required missing parts and buying a Falcon replacement canopy set. The restoration WIP log is here As usual I’ll show the before and after photos on each Battle. keith in the uk
Great nice to see what some might see as bin fodder brought back from the brink and turned into a thing of beauty. Well done that man .

stevehnz
Hadn't spotted these before, you've been at this lark for a while then. They look just as good as what I've become used too. Nicely done. 👍 Steve.
