CasualModel98
Saw this on Taobao. First one is about GBP35, the second one with a digital regulator is GBP60. Not sure about shipping to UK but by sea maybe another GBP30-35? Seems like buying from non-modelling shops may be cheaper. you have to get your own water separator which is cheap. https://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?spm=a1z0d.6639537.1997196601.119.20e17484fVLJt9&id=26166488341&skuId=4267282657255
ckw
Maybe - but after postage probably no cheaper than the "generic" Chinese airbrush compressors available on Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Professional-Compressor-Horsepower-Regulator-Airbrushing/dp/B08HVRFHL5/ref=sr_1_8?dchild=1&keywords=airbrush+compressor&qid=1604052811&s=diy&sr=1-8 Of course this is a more powerful beast and may have wider applications for some. Personally I'd have a problem with the size. Also I can't see how noisy it is which could be an issue for many. With regard to buying from non-modelling shops, I agree that we sometimes appear to get ripped-off for stuff allegedly designed for modellers, and it does pay to look around other shops for potential modelling tools Cheers Colin Edited October 30, 2020 by ckw left something out
bmwh548
The noise that thing makes would bring you tons of complaints from the neighbours if you tend to paint bright and early and/or late in the evening.
