Faraway
I’m building the Revell Beaufighter TF.X. What is the most accurate colour for the Aircraft upper surface ? The instructions recommend mixing #78 Tank Grey and #79 Greyish Blue, instead of mixing these two, is there a single colour I can use. I mainly use Tamiya Acrylics. tonyot
The colour is Extra Dark Sea Grey,..... but you should get away with Tamiya Ocean Grey,...... especially with a touch of black in it.
JPuente54
Hannants offers Extra Dark Sea Grey as does @Jamie @ Sovereign Hobbies . Check their sites for the price. Look under Xtracolour at Hannants for their paints.

I have that Tamiya colour, which strangely, does not dry matt. But that is not a major issue, might make putting the decals on a bit easier. Thanks for your help.
