Faraway
I have to say, I really enjoyed building this funny little aircraft. Such a pleasant change from wings and guns and sombre green and browns. It all went together well with no real problems. And that has got to be some of the simplest decals I have ever put in a build. KayFranz
What paint did you use for the blue?

Went on really well, onto a standard grey rattle can primer. I think MIG colours are better than Vallejo Model Air. I get less airbrush clog with MIG. Spitfire31
Very neat model of one of the Swedish autogyro pioneer Rolf von Bahr's machines, delivered in 1935. http://www.nordicrotors.com/reg/SE-AEA/4567 von Bahr flew it until 1947, both as a civilian charter machine and for the military during WWII, on recce and artillery spotting missions. In the same year, Sweden took delivery of its first helicopter and in 1948, SE-AEA was donated to the Museum of Science and Technology in Stockholm. There, it has hung suspended under the ceiling until quite recently. https://www.avrosys.nu/aircraft/Heli/Cierva_se-aea/CiervaSE-AEA.htm Nice modelling! Kind regards, Joachim
SAT69
Very sharp looking model. I like the worn look on the skies. Edited October 24, 2020 by SAT69 misspell
