3D Printed Venturi Tubes - 1/48 Scale

Does anyone know of someone who can manufacture Venturi tubes in 1/48 scale on a 3D printer?  I need about 20.

I have used electrical wire ferrules with good results.

Or the 1/43 car crowd might have useful stuff.

I'll give it a go!

 

Can you create a rough sketch with dimensions?

 

Front diameter, centre diameter, rear diameter. Length of the front cone, length of rear cone and wall thickness.

Ben, I'll get this to you after Saturday along with detailed photos.  Just have to get back up to the aviation museum to take the measurements.  I'm assuming you want the 1:1 dimensions and you'll reduce accordingly per required scale?

NA-64 Yale;

Mk.IV Bolingbroke (Blenheim);

Cessna Crane

 

Should all be relatively the same size.

Hello @Shark444 & @wellsprop … just curious if this was a successful experiment?  I’ve come across this while searching, thinking these should be just the little thing that 3D printers can handle …

Worked very well! I'm now using an elegoo saturn and it can handle very fine details - 3d printing is a superb way of improving injection kits.
