scotthldr
Looks spot on🤟 Brings me back to the time when they had a Sqd Ex with 12 Sqn at Lossie back in the mid 80's and I was fortunate enough to get a visit. I've still got the bits for you here, just haven't had time to get near a Post Office. I promise I'll get them out next week.

Pete in a shed
The European wrapround colours look great. My favourite scheme for the Phantom and you've done a lovely job of it. Pete
lksavidge
Great Weasel! I was stationed at Spang during that time-frame. I plan on making the same F-4G kit and an F-4E in the mid-80's European One look. I plan on slinging a B61 under the F-4E, just like the Cold War days. 🍄 1
Lord Riot
Thanks @lksavidge! I'd like to make an F-4E from Spang at some point too, that Euro 1 look is cool. Must have been an interesting place to be during that time.
lksavidge
It was a time that we called "building character". Lots of war exercises (code name Salty Nations) in chem gear preparing for a Soviet invasion. German F-104Gs or Hahn F-16s would attack the base and we would have to respond in recovering the airfield. Fun days, actually not that much fun, a lot of work.
