British designs have their own distinction. But I have to say, this Gannet design is very impressive.

Getting even more interesting if you see the sequence of starting up this double Mamba.

My compliments with the excellent result of this AEW in scale 1/72.

Also a big 👍 to Sword for bringing these models on the market.

Lovely job, just read your write up on what to look out for when building this kit, as I have just bought one from Jadlam, always liked the AEW.3 version of the Gannet.

Well it seems as fate put this repost from 2020 back up as I just looked at the back in stock Airfix 1/48 version and was debating acquiring it.  This is just such an incorrect looking aircraft that is missing all the sleek lines seen on most aircraft.  It is ugly beautiful.  You have made an amazing finished model.  Just a great build and finish which is enhanced by the photos you took of it.  Wonderfully done.  Now, I just gotta find this kit stateside as the freight fees from Hannants is just too much to handle right now.  Not their fault, it just is what it is.  Thanks for sharing.
