gmoss
Hi guys. This is AFV Club's Centurion Mk.5/1 RAAC Vietnam Version. It was painted with Tamiya acrylics and weathered with oils and pigments. After market items included - vinyl mantlet cover (AFV Club), tracks (AFV Club), turret basket stowage (Firestorm), decals (Mouse House) and water jerries (Mouse House). Scratch-built items included - search light cover (tissue paper & white glue), aerials (styrene rod) and tool box tie down straps (lead foil). Thanks for looking. Cheers, Greg Edited October 16, 2020 by gmoss typo 30

Bandsaw Steve
Great subject! Beautifully done. A mate of mine built an Aussie Vietnam Centurion (Tamiya 1/25 scale) and entered it in the local annual model building comp. He was disappointed when he got ‘highly commended’ but I voted for it as best on show. Yours is just as awesome as his!

APA
Weathering is spot on. Just dust can be very effective. The barrel is a nice touch to break things up a bit as well. Nice, very nice 👍 A
