I take it you have used the miniature motors , looking at the wiring ?? Hi Paul and thank you very much for your comments. When I get chance I will try and do some B&W versions of a couple of photos.....just to see.... Yes the motor I used was one of these: I got 10 off Amazon a while back but I can't remember the name of the make. Kind regards, Stix
Bullbasket
On my rare forays into the wingey thing section, it's always a pleasure to see one of your hairy stick masterpieces. Nice one Stix, and the spinning prop is a nice touch. John.

I really like this especially with the motorised prop - this with your diorama gives a good impression of the aircraft fired up and ready to taxi - wonderful Regards Dave Hi Dave. Newbie(kinda)
That is just superb Stix. As always. And I absolutely love the oversized 32 Sqn codes (just wish they were still available aftermarket!). Lovely build, excellent photography.

224 Peter
Outstanding, and I was really impressed by the way you have taken the power wires out of the U/C and tyres. A thought: do you think it would be possible to terminate the wires with a small bit of copper or brass on the tread of the tyre, taking advantage of the small flat spot found on many parked A/C. Then the base could have a couple of corresponding plates, allowing the A/C to be easily moved. Another idea I had for the 1/24 Spitfire was to build a "Trolly Acc" and have the batteries in that, using the normal external power point. GRK
Great work and particularly like the last few pictures set in scene. You've done a nice job masking the paint at the front of the wing root- i struggled to get a good line here but yours is nice and neat.
