PattheCat
The amount of work you're putting into this is "insane". But what a stunner it will be! Thanks for sharing.
Deano353
This is serious detail man, one thing though what is your definition of "a few modifications" 🤣🤣🤣

When I start working on the next model, I want to make it straight from the box, maybe I'll think about some small corrections. But once I start looking at the documentation, I can't keep myself up and go deeper and deeper. To build a model without modification, I have to fight with myself and not look at the documentation and preferably be cut off from the Internet.
Deano353
Fair one you're doing a great job of that I look forward to the end result.
The Spadgent
Totally insane!!! Love it. So this all works ready for when you shrink yourself down to 1/72? 🙌🤩🤗 Johnny
rymulus
The front of the fuselage is folded. Sanding was necessary for it to fold properly. A bit of nerve and doubt gave way to joy after gluing the halves together. I secured the glued fuselage against damage and started to add details of fixing the cockpit cover. Here is the result.

rymulus
Thanks, I'm trying to keep to the target level.😉 I started working on the radar. I have already prepared all the basic elements. The next stage is details. I started with the antenna. first version failed. The second version is acceptable. Below are photos showing step by step how it was created. This is how the rear of the antenna looks compared to the set antenna.

vytautas
Unbelievable! I've never seen anything like it! Sorry, but ordinary people fail to do such things, so I have one question: are you really human? Really really? 2lefthands
Admit it; you use a huge match and a big silicone hand for the size comparison!

Vytautas I must disappoint you, I am an ordinary person. I believe anyone can do such things. All it takes is a little patience and training. 1 hour ago, Thom216 said: So, you just miniaturized a factory and are showing us the finished product of your LilliputIan Air Force. I have come to the same conclusion! He must have invented (or secretly bought one from 'Area 51') a miniaturising device !!!!😆

It is like a dream. It makes you want to. Want to try (but there is a way 😋) or at least to improve. I want to say, like a kid: again! I would watch the continuation with pleasure! Thank you for this sharing which allows to dream too.
rymulus
A little update. I added a few wires on the antenna wall. I opened another bay above the engine air intake. I am in the process of furnishing it.😉
ruudster
it's like watching a masterpiece being painted brush stroke by brush stroke... Wow!
Shalako
You know, this level of craftsmanship makes me wonder why do I even bother building scale models? Most likely, I will never have the time nor the resources to make such a high level and enjoyable work!!! Unless, you're using a shrinking machine like those they must have at Area 51 and you just paint so realistically the various parts of a real shrank Tomcat to give us the illusion that this is an actual 1/72 scale "plastic" model!!! Seriously now, you must have a lot of patience and an advanced magnifying glass to make this sort of detailed work! Keep it coming!!!!! 1
