Nakajima A6M2-N "Rufe" - 1:144 Sweet

Recommended Posts

Here is the second of two Sweet 1:144 Nakajima A6M2-N Type 2 "Rufe" fighters I built OOB back in 2011.

It represents E*-181 of the Yokosuka Kokutai (Flying Group), Imperial Japanese Navy, Yokosuka, Japan, 1942-1943.

It was fully painted with brush with only the matt varnish being airbrushed.

Thanks for looking and all comments are welcome

It looks great! Remarkable what is possible by now in 1:144. Only the canopy and the antenna show the technical limitations of mould-building.

Built, painted and weathered in 1/144 scale. I am truly impressed!

Superb, would not have guessed that it was 1/144 scale.

Looks great Miguel,  the paint and weathering looks great .  I am fascinated with what can be done in the smaller scale.

Great work
