Torpedo Cabriolet

I don't build cars very often (and it shows - I hear you cry) so I decided to treat this one a little differently. As its moulded in nicely coloured plastic, I decided to build it without painting it. I'd imagine that this is how Italeri intended young modellers approach the kit. I may not be young any more, but I am young at heart :whistle:

I really like it! I have a thing for kits built without paint, specially if they're moulded in colour. I built my first kits like that so it's a nostalgia thing.

Long may the modelling keep you that way. That's the great thing about our hobby, you can be competition standard or just throw it together; you're nearer the former. As long as you enjoy it the hobby has met its aim, especially with lovely models like that.
