Ok, I'm declaring this project finished--at least, as finished as I choose to make of it. Now in RFI at long last. Sent mine to a friend to build. As I am building the Viking no way would I build the Valletta. Told Si (Dyer) that he must follow your buildas a super model maker 😂 Still following tanker. What next ? Laurie Laurie, you are so kind! The photos conceal some minor mishaps, because the photo host's image resolution is not too great. Let me know how you get on with the Viking. For starters, the Viking's engine cooling flaps need to be straight up and down--none of that curvature on the top part as on the Valetta. For another, the landing gear sit 90 degrees relative to the mounts when viewed from the side. Did I mention there's no need to fool around with an astrodome? That's a relief of sorts. After the tanker, I have no concrete plans, but now that you mention it, I should have updates on the tanker by this weekend, I hope. I've got the decals all figured out. No 1/76 silver griffon for the Bedford TK, however!
