hadzi
Bit older this SR.A/1 - was COVID 32-th I think. Still missed pitot and antena - This old kit was a gift from Fabien (merci), so it was a must to built it. This is a kit for very desperate modellers. 34

Shorty84
Hi, your Flying boat jet fighter came out great dispite being difficult to build The decals seem to be really nice, there is no trace of carrier film visible (crucial on a metallic finish). Did you seal them with a clearcote as I would imagine this would kill the sheen of the metal colour? Thanks! Cheers Markus

Decals are sealed with Testors Sealer for Metalizer.

Cheers Markus I can tell you that the real one wasn't much better, when it arrived at the (then) Southampton Hall of Aviation for display (1993 if memory serves). I was a cadet from the local unit, sent to buy T-cut to sort out the paint, and when I got back I remember watching the squadron boss hammering screws into the wing/fuselage join 😳
