fightersweep
@Richard Humm Thanks Richard! That is a super helpful list. With most of my builds being black boxes, I'll be clicking, saving and printing your list. Thanks for taking the time to compile it. Steve

Humbrol 80 is "Grass Green", which I've seen referenced as an equivalent for a brighter green, only in enamel format though I guess it depends whether you're thinking Golden Delicious or Egremont Russet...
RidgeRunner
Adrian. I'm an enamels man so that could work. I have a feeling I have a good Colourcoats alternative too ;). I need to check my paint stocks Martin
RidgeRunner
Yep, I have Colourcoats ACSM12 "Green" which looks bloody close to my old eyes! Martin

I know Heller did a KLM Blue as well (9069) but don't have an equivalent.
Rabbit Leader
More of a reference question than something of value, however by asking I was hoping we could pin some good information on here about French Cockpit and Internal colours? Can we start a list of what colours would be used for the many French aircraft types being built here? Martin’s @RidgeRunner’s LeO build got me thinking, and with many French Heller kits being built, a list of types and colours would prove useful to those of us who seem to just use Grey Green and Interior Green shades all the time! Cheers.. Dave

RidgeRunner
@TonyOD @JWM @AntoineG @Richard Humm I believe the "Vert pomme" referred to in the LeO instructions is this (product 9080): The problem is I use enamels 2

I've gone with a not too dissimilar green from Revell. Good for future reference though, thanks.

Richard Humm
Actually, it's a lot easier to find equivalents for current Heller paints - they use the same numbers as Humbrol!
RidgeRunner
Hi all, I found this https://1-72.forumgratuit.org/t5100p60-smer-leo-451. See page 3. I dont speak French but I ran some text through translate and it seems that dark blue was used and Buff/tan/stone. Am I correct? @Wez?
