You might also look at the Detail in Scale on the F-100, as I recall they he re=released it as a digital edition with many new photos. Maybe Martin @RidgeRunner might be able to provide more photos, or possibly Duncan @Sabrejet could be of assistance. The Air Force Museum website has a section devoted to virtual cockpits, and you could check to see if the F-100 cockpit is included.
