And then it also makes some sense, as the Mirage 2000 BGM is getting old and of less use... the Hellenic airforce has a large Squadron worth of French jets for many years and fared good with this.... first Mirage F1, then Mirage 2000 BGs then Mirage 2000-5 Mk2 ... so Rafale fits well.... I assume Meteor will be part of the deal, at least on the long run...keeping the TuAF at distance.... Greece was to buy 60 Eurofighters for many years, but financial problems put that on hold... they went for more F-16s instead... 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
