Popular Post tonyot
Hiya Folks, I was aiming to replicate each of the fighter types to have taken part in the Battle of Britain on the British side in 1/48th ready for the 15th September,.... but my 1/48th Blenheim won`t be ready in time,..... so here they are,...... with the addition of a 1/72nd scale Blenheim! Defiant, 264 Sqn (Airfix), Sea Gladiator 804 NAS (Roden) Fulmar 806 NAS (Special Hobby Hurricane 601 Sqn (Airfix) Spitfire 602 Sqn (Eduard) Blenheim 25 Sqn (1/72nd Airfix,.... which I need to add AI radar to and an X on the nose!) EDIT,....And for the refined person`s out there,......I had a root around in my cabinet for 1/72nd,... Gentleman`s Scale; God Bless them all,.... The Few. All the best Tony Edited September 12, 2020 by tonyot 77

Olmec Head
Excellent collections, and excellent models. Perhaps EB-Z snuck in from after the BoB😀. How about an early Cannon armed Spitfire from 19 Squadron instead (even if they were useless)- I am sure you will have one somewhere.

Hi Tony, I have yet to get a 48th scale Fulmar, I built the Airfix 72nd kit. Always fancied the 48 kit but never got round to getting one . Thanks,.... yeah I knew it was tenuous but I couldn`t get to my other Spit`s,..... and I have a few which are not finished yet! The aircraft flew in late 1940 when it received its Sky trim,.... so that was enough for me. I wanted to add my Polish Hurricane but could not find it!! 1 hour ago, bigbadbadge said: Hi Tony, I have yet to get a 48th scale Fulmar, I built the Airfix 72nd kit. Yeah the bigger kit is about the same really. 1 hour ago, thorfinn said: Love the additions! Looks like you're nearly up to squadron strength.... Rabbit Leader
I’m sure many of us would love to have a fantastic collection like that.. also nice to see that you’ve catered for both scales, however like me I’m a big fan of both sizes. Cheers and very well modelled.. Dave

Vulcanicity
That's quite a collection, wonderful stuff! The 1/72 Blenheim in with the 48th fighters really messed with my head though! 🤯

Great collection! I might copy your idea... though not the standard, variety or the numbers - I only recently started thinking 1/48.

I did mean to take a pic with just the single seater`s too but seem to have forgotten! They would have been all 1/48th if I had got my skates on a bit quicker! Hope the 1/72nd addition made it up to you a bit? 34 minutes ago, Paramedic said: What a lovely collection! All looking great! I love the Fulmar of course..
