Duxford September air-show and the Flying Proms have now both been cancelled, due to COVID concerns. A sad reflection of our current times, I'm afraid. Chris. This is the first time in so many years I daren't count them that I haven't been to ANY airshows. The only thing I've been to even vaguely air show-related was the Lancaster and Mosquito taxy day at East Kirkby on August 31st (worth doing, by the way). Duxford must be very regretful that they couldn't even put on one air-show this year. For all their efforts to come to nothing must be very disappointing for all involved. I really hope that 2021 proves to be a much better year for air-shows than the one we're currently experiencing, but my early predictions are not looking great. Chris.
