AlCZ
In Tamiya Model Magazine Facebook is this: https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=403120827319227&set=pcb.10158224606299821&__cft__[0]=AZUmBED5GaPIGJxsj12_QN-SlnB1bSnvZJUviVwXDG17XkpO6aUdKNly0dPN4Ks4tm83DgWyY1eLm7RyyWMCPsm5D6pQDQgkndmWd3lk2_4glEKfnquTuoiTrTM2FbxVq4SzGaZVh2PeOHF3U83UzHXI3BLnJSZVCG_K3Sf1pwPrEFJ5HrVYUO6k-XD9FI7uiXc&__tn__=*bH-R An Bf 109G-6 in 1/32 ! And when it is on Tamiya Model Magazine - it is a probably long awaited kit by Tamiya himself not ? (But in comment is a speculation about Zoukei-Mura, but i think a Tamiya have Gustav in 1/72 & 1/48, so 1/32 is logical upgrade 🐵 I hope it is a true ! Yup, we have Revell (for few bucks, but Tamiya is Tamiya and i see on picture a Wgr -21 rocket launcher, gun pods with guns... completed engine... Shake n´bake... And "Gustav" is classic fighter a most popular version with many colourful camos (not only III. Reich).,, And when Tamiya really released a G... A "Kurfürst" was good choice for another box... (And in Spit and Mustang was parts for early/late config, so i hope in Galland Haube, and high wooden tail... Coming under X-max tree ? 🐵 Edited September 10, 2020 by AlCZ
Homebee
3D renders, yes. Tamiya, Freedom Model Kits or another brand? That's the question. By the way, Zoukei Mura is also reported working (with the support from Radu Brinzan) on a new tool 1/32nd Bf.109G Gustav kit... To be followed. Anton K55
Relax guys. I`ts Freedom model kits It's funny that everything posted in Tamiya Model Magazine group means a new model from Tamiya.
elger
Yeah Roy Sutherland and Lynn Ritger are also skeptical; on Facebook, Roy just said Quote This is making the rounds today, but I'm 99% sure this is not a new Tamiya kit. According to Lynn Ritger, its got the same weird errors that the Trumpeter 109s have, so it likely for a new boxing from Trumpeter or Hobby Boss. Or possibly a hoax?

One 48
Out of curiosity has anyone ever seen a picture or know of history where a real 109 had two wheels per axle, this is the first time I've seen it in my life We all know it and its been confirmed all over the net, its not a new Tamiya 1/32 subject ... if Tamya ever did though ... I'd get one, a 190 too ... Oh yes, oh yes sirree
jenko
When I did the 1/48 G6 from Tamiya my immediate reaction was this needs to be up scaled to 1/32............... and boy what a kit it would be. Dick

Could this be a preview for a late G10 or K4 option with the enlarged wheel bays in the wings ?
Smokeyr67
Seeing as this is the rumours thread, and it’s Tamiya related, I was talking to a friends brother over a few beers recently, he’s an engineer who was working in Japan up until CV19 raised its ugly head, and he mentioned that he worked for a well known model company (starting with T and ending with amiya) and had been drawing up the CAD images for a WW2 twin engined aircraft used in the Pacific theatre. I couldn’t get him drunk enough to tell me anymore (other than that there’s a lot of CAD models that never see the light of day), but I may get the opportunity to try and wheedle some more information out of him soon, we’re going to the same small Melbourne Cup party. For the record he did say that a lot of aircraft are CAD modelled for the company, and never see the light of day. Also, if he had any influence I’d try and blackmail him into getting the big T to produce a nice civil aircraft, say, a Waco YMF 5, but alas, that’s not the case
AlCZ
Hmm, twin engined aircraft used in Pacific.... I´m sceptic now for new 1/32 from Big T, but it is nice, when release new tool big scale aircraft kit.

One 48
@ Smokeyr67 Maybe it was the 1/48 P-38 CAD he saw? did he say it was definitely 1/32?
Smokeyr67
Sorry guys, my post proves that you should never post while sorting out your gear for a fishing trip, and while partaking in a few fermented potato based beverages. In my mind it made perfect sense, but reading back on it, not so much. What I was trying to point out is that the big T commissions a lot of research and drawings that may or may not make it into production. They may have CAD drawings for a 1/32 109, but that doesn’t mean they’ll kit it now or in the future. The guy I was talking to was saying that he was contracted to CAD model airframes, not moulds or anything of the like. He arrived, was given the data that had been researched and the converted that into bits and bytes. What’s going to happen after that isn’t information given to a lowly contractor. Again, apologies for not being clearer.

AlCZ
I desperately need a new tool 1/32 aircraft from Tamiya. When WnW was dead, Tamiya is last high class company in big scale bussines... In quarter scale makes in last years many types, but in 1/32 - nothing new (Korean War Pony i don´t count, this is a few new parts... not new tool kit.) P-38 will be best...
