Looks great in that finish.  The -66 is a good sized model too.  Your diorama really brings the model to life, nice work Macki.

That's a kit that goes WAY back. As I recall, it had a button on the top of the fuselage that forced the bomb inside out thru bomb bay doors that were forced open, characteristic of "action features" kits of the time. The kit sold for something like 98 cents, I believe. You've done a commendable job of building it and the diorama is definitely impressive. Certainly can't complain about the photography either.

Amazing diorama!  I'm really impressed with the aerospace ground equipment and the airfield vehicles, which bring this model to life!  I also like how you converted the modern Luftwaffe pilot figures into period USAF crewmen.

Thanks Kenny, the generator and the oxygen tank are scratch build because of the lack of  such models in my favorite scale, 1/87 or "H0"

First came out in 1959, re released in 1967 and 1995.
