Hockeyboy76
I know what your all thinking, I must have been to the same Dutch Coffee shop as @JeroenS, sampled the “herbs” but I fancy a challenge. I’m going with the Pvt Fraser Scottish Option. It will be an OOB build in the style of my good modelling buddy @nimrod54 Lets open the box and see what goodies are inside.......... Well that’s made things a lot easier 4

Bonhoff
Not really a paint challenge - Only two colours, although there's some acreage to cover even in 1/144th. OTOH - the decals took ages..... IanJ
JeroenS
@Hockeyboy76 I just realized I posted my "am still in doubt" in your build thread instead of in the chat... whoops! Sorry! Didn't mean to hijack your thread.

It’s a shame I bought my boxing before this one came out.

Hockeyboy76
After 35mins it’s time to take a break while some paint dries. All the wheels have been white primed and the rear bay. I did think I would need to scratch build some seats and other gubbins in the cockpit, but MENG very kindly mould the glazing smoke so nothing can be seen through it. Although the cargo bay is very visible with the ramp down so some internal gubbins will be added into this. I have flown in one of these so I should have an idea of what it looks like, but to be fair I spent most of it asleep on the floor in my sleeping bag under a JCB, then was lucky enough to get into the flight deck for the last 40mins and landing. Now i I need to come up with a way to mask the windows.
