Cheers, Moggy (dreaming of Lorraine / Panther-engined Fairey IIIF)

Nasty rumour (especially for @occa), from a reliable source, says that you can stop dreaming, Moggy, and start looking forward.

Don't give KORA more ideas, it will be my ruin for 2021 ...

I would very much like to see a Fairey IIIC and IIID! - That's an idea! 😀

A few more details on the latest boxings.

Mk. I - four markings with very representative selection of the airplanes from the earliest service in both branches. Two from RAF, two more from FAA - HMS Furious. One of them - S1199 - did not make it in the instructions and it is therefore described on the box side.

Mk.II - three rather attractive markings from early FAA service. I am going to have real problem to decide, which one to use.

There is one additional sprue compared to the previous Mk.III/IV boxings, featuring the early fin and rudder, Scarff ring parts, early tail skid and three different cockpit deckings. As far as I can say, now we are missing just the DC cockpit and the early floats in order to be able to compile almost every possible Fairey IIIF variation in service.

The Argentine Navy Lorraine Dietrich boxing arrived with the post today, so I am posting a picture of the extra parts (primarily) for the bulky engine installation below.

A few more details on the VIP Transport boxing. Two airplanes in three liveries with interesting stories.

The specific cockpit decking and the extra seat and floor are represented in resin.
