Bonhoff
Thanks - Obviously didn't make it into the gallery as I'm still working on it! Weather's been against me because, as mentioned previously, the Spaniel demands that the Iancave door stays open, even with Storm Bella doing her worst. Now it's stopped raining I've braved going out to continue working on it. All the walkways needed marking on - There aren't any decals for these but as the kit has raised panel lines where I assume the intention was to paint a black line down, then mask these out and paint the main colours. This I forgot to do.... Plan B had to be used instead - Plan B used a 0.8mm marking pen and a ruler. Simple enough, but this then gave another problem, the marker ink is easily damaged even after it has meant to have dried. In the end, I went for some thinned Tamiya gloss varnish sprayed very gently and thinly over the walkway lines to make sure the ink didn't run. Half the bombs have been painted and as I'm off this week I'm hoping it'll get finished. Wish me luck! IanJ
trickyrich
I'm so glad this one is still progressing, am looking forward to seeing her completed....weather permitting. Maybe you can bribe the dog to keep the door closed with doggy nom noms?
modelling minion
Yes, really glad that you are continuing this excellent build. Good idea using the marker pen for the walkway markings, you have achieved a very neat result.
Bonhoff
Bit more done - Wings fitted out now, wheels added, still got flaps, outriggers, decals and a varnish coat to finish. IanJ

modelling minion
Very well done for carrying on and keeping us up to date with your build Ian. She looks fantastic, well worth all the effort (and paint!) that you put in to her.
