arnobiz
And the final item that was still missing: the HUD! Vacuum forming was the best solution I could find to get crystal clear, repeatable HUDs so while it's a bit more work than a resin-cast part I felt it was worth the trade-off. It needs cutting, a few light green coats and a final bath in Future - if anyone knows where I could find clear green HIPS I'd be very glad, I looked everywhere on the internet without success Thanks for looking, Arnaud
arnobiz
After a couple of light coats of Tamiya clear green, I must say I quite like it Arnaud

exdraken
Any updates? How different is this pylon compared to the Mirage 2000 wing pylons? The Exocet and "normal" ones?
arnobiz
The Mirage and Rafale pylons are actually very different, as you can see on this excellent Greek page The Rafale pylon will soon be ready for production, I'll be working on the Mirage pylon very soon Arnaud
exdraken
Great! I know they are different, I 'd assume the rear end and some of the bottom will be similar, no? Interestingly the missile mounting is far further back on the Mirage!
arnobiz
Happy Making the molds tonight Cheers, Arnaud
geedubelyer
Superb additions Arnaud, well done. You are obviously a big fan of Rafale. perhaps you could produce an entire model for sale one day? No-one makes Rafale in 1/32nd scale. 🤔 😉 👍
