Silver Fox
Lovely work, the old Monogram kit does polish up well.
bigbadbadge
oooooo lovely, this looks fantastic. Got one in the stash and keep picking it up but put it down again as not sure what whether to leave the raised panel lines or not. Yous looks stunning with the raised lines so may well have to look at mine in the near future. Thanks for sharing. All the best Chris
SAT69
Great looking DC-3. Having built Monogram's 1/48 C-47, I believe it's one of the best kits they ever produced.
Ruskin Air Services
Here's one in 1/72 italeri kit, I got my paint match by visiting my local decorating store who kindly mixed a small tin for me! But you've built a nice one there, I have the kit myself and is going to be built as G-AGIV "Alice"

Scooby
I should add, beautiful build! I often saw Buffalo Airways when I was in the North and I have met Grumpy Joe and Mikey many times.

TheyJammedKenny!
Nice! That's a beautifully rendered Dak! 1/48 is a good scale for this subject--you get higher fidelity of detail, and everything looks right.

Hutch
This looks fabulous Mark. Not seen a 'Buffalo' in this scale before but it really works. I've got this scheme waiting in my stash to go on one of the 'new' Airfix dak. You mention that you mixed the green but do you remember what paints you used? I've a real interest in this airframe as I've found out that it was worked on by my father in '44/45 whilst it was in 575sqn at RAF Broadwell. Shorty84
Hi Mark, this must be the first time I see a DC-3 in 1/48 built as a civil machine. I really like the colours, you've really done a great job 👍 Cheers Markus

Shark444
"Buffalo" Joe McBryan would be proud to see that! Next should be the Williams Bros. 1/48 scale C-46 Commando in Buffalo colours.
kapam
Wow @Mark Strasser, that is awesome with a capital 'A'! She must be a sizeable bird in 1/48 scale. A most beautiful colour scheme and so beautifully rendered on your model!
