Redboost
Hi folks, this is the Dora Wings kit built with couple of mods for the upcoming Airframe Detail No.9. Not an easy one, but definitely looks the 'Lizzie" every inch. Painted with Gunze H and AK Real Colors, markings from the kit - V9287 from 161.sq (SD), Tempsford. Val_Ukraine
Brilliant job, Libor! One of my favorite planes, ever since I built it from the NOVO / FROG kit, maybe 45 years ago. And I like the way you made the leading edge slats. They really bring the model to life. Edited July 26, 2020 by Val_Ukraine

Transall vaillant
I confirm, it's not an easy one ! Perfectly built and finely upgraded... Did you get informations about the extra fuel tank we can see behind pilot's seat please ? I have found one partial pic only, it's better than nothing, but i hope to find something more... @+
Redboost
Yes, I scratch built this fuel tank based on information and pictures from 4+, Mushroom and other books. Hope the new VW book may bring more on this, too. Cheers Libor

Work In Progress
Great work. How did you do the slats? Thin aluminium or brass sheet?
Redboost
Yep, thin aluminium from a tee candle. Cheers Libor
wombat
Fantastic to see the slats done well, such a frustration that the kit has flaps but no slats. 1
