Panther Ausf G -from shelf of doom

I started this 3 years ago and it got put aside to finish many "wing things". I decided

to start more armor and back off on the aircraft. I was originally going to do it as a

steel wheeled Panther from the Ardennes offensive. I have found a much more interesting

subject, an early G in E. Prussia in 1944 with disc or dot camouflage, early machine with

rubber road wheels. I just painted the turret, hull and road wheels today with dark yellow as a primer

and first color. It will be dark yellow, red brown and dark green with spots or specks to

simulate light through the tree leaves, I guess. Here is an image of my subject and my build

so far. On to paint the rubber on the road wheels.---John
