Terry1954
Glad to see this one back on the go Kev. Great work on the davits and that 20mm Oerlikon is the biz. It's amazing enough in 1/72, in 1/144 it looks superb. Terry
dnl42
Fabulous work on this, especially the seaway! Your work on the boat davits flashed back to the practical exam for a lifeboatman endorsement on my seaman's papers.

Del Boy
Hi Kev, I have just been going back over several of your pages to remind myself what you had been up to with HMS Snowberry and had forgotten (it's my age) several notable steps that impressed me no end at the time but never put fingers to keys for some reason. Its all brilliant mate and the absolute standouts for me are:- the great Dazzle paint scheme and weathering down, just superb. The spectacular way you have modelled the waves and said passage through them, just speechless and very envious of what you achieved, really captures the huge struggle these ships and crews faced under such frightening conditions, brilliant modelling 20/10! Finally rounding that off with the excess flow from the scuppers, just brings the whole moment to vivid life, again just stunning, a joy to observe mate. For anyone 'just tuning in' to Kev's masterpiece take some time out and go back through the build, you wont be disappointed I promise! Way to go Kev! 🤩 3
