Bullbasket
That looks classy Vytautus. I know that I said it before, but that first aid box really does look good (and so does the cabling). John.

vytautas
Another little detail... The original seats are too flat for me. New ones made thick and soft, in the Baroque style 🙂. I made one torn and tied with wire. This should be fine as I will make the Grille a bit battered. Bullbasket
That is very clever Vytautas, and I've no doubt that once it's painted and weathered, will look excellent. Nice work. John. 1

vytautas
Thank you, chaps, for your very kind words. 10 hours ago, robw_uk said: what putty are you using to make the seats? I used Tamiya yellow epoxy putty to make the seats. I came up with a very simple way: I made the seams for the seats from 0.25 mm solder wire - I bent it into the frame and pressed into the epoxy a bit. I made the hole with a toothpick. The stuffing I made of a microscopic piece of paper towel. I tied the damaged seat with 0.1 mm copper wire from an old USB cable. If I carved all the remaining seven wheels, I would finish carving in about five years. The problem is that there are other works on the model besides wheels. Therefore, I would not have time to finish the model before the end of my life - I would have to transfer the work to my son. And since I really want to finish it myself, I decided to carve only one wheell Vytautas Edited December 10, 2020 by vytautas 2
