stevehnz
What a fantastic scheme. Now I need a decent A-4E kit in 1/72 & some decals to go with it. Thanks for the inspiration Sven. Steve.

The Fujimi Skyhawks are probably the best of the lot, if you can find them. Sven

Sven Thanks Sven, I have a couple in stock but earmarked for Kiwi ones, so maybe one of the recent Hobby Boss ones. I got a bit excited when, after some looking around, I found the recent Italeri Top Gun F-14/A-4 boxing had decals for this aircraft but some furkling around on google showed the decal colours were a fair bit off the mark. BUT, the Airfix A-4B is set to be released with this scheme in a Top Gun boxing & it appears they might have the colour of the markings somewhat better so I'll await to see what they come up like & then apply them to a decent A-4E kit, whatever I can find. Thanks again for those magic photos. Steve.
