Tamiya Mini Rebuild, two (or more) became one

I recently unpacked a load of old Tamiya Minis that I built in the late 80s and early 90s. They varied from shockingly bad to passable, but needed thinning out. This was one of the worst offenders, which the build thread covers in detail...

 

 

 

A month later, and I like to think it looks somewhat better.

If you think that original is "shockingly bad", it's a good job you haven't seen some of the models from my teens

 

It's a good end result, definitely worth doing the restoration and you should be pleased with this one. Good job.
