cjhm
Not posted stuff on BM recently but am planning on rectifying that now First up, 1/24 Italeri (ex-Esci) Mk 2 Escort RS1800 Kit is of its time but other than the roll cage fit\stance being odd quite pleased with result Body paint is Tamiya TS spray, window surrounds are permanent marker. Other than adding plug wires and a printed reg plate it's as per box contents Inspiration was real one seen at the annual South Downs Stages held at Goodwood circuit WIP Pictures: https://twitter.com/search?q=cjhm italeri escort
Chimpion
Beautifully built Escort - nice to see one in quite a plain scheme for a change. The paint finish is really impressive. The only fault I can find is the registration. A suffix T reg. would fit, but the T-prefix is far too recent.

Well done spotting my deliberate error 😉 Built this last summer, post most of my builds to Twitter so this has been seen elsewhere and you're the first to point that out I'm embarrassed now, it was meant to be a T but as you say, wrong end ..... Will correct shortly!
johnlambert
Agree with the stance, it's as though there's a heavy load in the boot or the rear springs have settled/collapsed.
Spiny
A good build of this one (I admit I spotted the number plate too), and a nicely different choice of colour. I also think you're the first person I've come across who hasn't actively complained about the quality of this kit...
Mr Mansfield
Looks great. Like @Chimpion said, the simple livery works really well.
Windy37
Great build. Don't see many silver Escorts . And yes , it's a model Escort . Only the trained eye will notice the imperfections of the kit. Gary .
cjhm
Thanks for your kind words everyone Kit is far from perfect but was wonderful compared to the Airfix 1/32 E-Type I’m currently working on .... HOUSTON
AWESOME Looks like the old cars I used to stop and check during the 1980s when I was on patrol. Tour classic car looks TOP NOTCH !
FunkyChiken
It's a beautiful build of a classic Ford! The stance looked ok until you see it side by side to the pic of the real car.
