theplasticsurgeon
This kit has a modern weapons and sensors set - which wasn't available (or even thought of) when I built it originally. These are of a far superior moulding quality to the original kit. For that reason, I'll pause at fuel-tanks and Sidewinders, which the original did have - and do the gallery photos there. I'll ask a pertinent question at that posting.

theplasticsurgeon
And declaring completion. Payload restricted to tanks and Sidewinders, as my MRCA kit in the 1970s. Thus, these are the photos in the gallery. Tim's verdict: a product of its time, over 40 years ago, there has to be a better Tornado kit out there! I've not build the Revell Tornado GR1, but have one in my stash to look forwards to. Admitting to not using all the stencil decals. There are errors with the placement diagrams, and the colour on the plans makes them VERY difficult to discern. Now for a pertinent question: Do you want me to continue with the kit's modern payload on this thread.
Dansk
Looks super Tim. Yes continue with the payload you can build her anyway you wish.

theplasticsurgeon
Payload added, a TIALD pod, and Paveways. Airfix Paveway III on this side. and Paveway IIs this side, these are leftover from my Italeri F-35B build. Leaving her looking like this.
