Moment of paternal pride for sure.

Definitely!  It was awesome watching him learning how to use the airbrush properly, and it got to the stage where I could just fill it up, give him a quick how-to on the techniques needed, and he'd just get on with it, noodling away.  He's dying to try a proper mottle, and has got so many of my kits in his sights now, the little pest!   He was mithering me to let him gloss the underside of his P-40 today until he ran out of time and had to go on a walk.  I was head first in something else, so it did me a favour, but I'll get him back to it tomorrow :)

Wow Mike, that's a really impressive start to his modelling career and long may he continue. It's an impressive build, but even more impressive is mastery of the airbrush. I'm 65 and still getting Tourettes when I do battle with the hairless stick.

It's great to see the young'uns taking up the hobby. You must be a proud Dad.

No cigar for me though Mike, I don't smoke.
