Gidday, I'm interested. I have some RN ships that I wish to convert to the RAN versions. Is there any idea yet when this might happen? Regards, Jeff.

Hello Jeff.. welcome aboard. We will need to get enough votes in the November voting to earn a time slot (dates) for next year. If we do earn a slot then I get to negotiate with the other build hosts as to which time slot.

Already on the list, but I've got some decals winging their way here from New Zealand.  After chatting with a couple people, I'm really stoked and can't wait for them to arrive.

If it gets to 41 I’ll go in to bat at 42 what with the meaning of Life, the Universe, and all things ANZAC (and not to mention trying to do something in the other GBs that I said I’d like to join in!).

I could go just adjust the list to have 42 entries and put you in #42 now ? 😉

Better still some lesser known Australians (and former Kiwis) have decided to join the GB in positions 36 to 41 allowing me to join at 42

36. Fred Bradman. 1:12 Batman figure.

37. Saul Hogan.  1:1200 Sydney Harbour Bridge.

38. Neville Norman. 1:24 Jaws Diorame.

39. Narelle Melba. 1:144 A380.

40. Dusty Crowe.  1:20 Phar Lap

41.  Dick Kyrious. 1:35 “Joker” in Jail Diorama.

42. Rob S.  Yet to be specified.

An Aussie squadron flew from an RAF station near me so that might be a good point to start . . .  WWII type of aircraft . . .

Just re-affirming my entry to this as Vulcan XH562 with Kiwi roundels, definitely want to see this one get through. I've gone and got myself a suitable Vulcan kit now as well... (I build so many of those anyway)

The more I think about it, the more I want to build an Australian Matilda.

Can anyone recommend some 1/35 figues that would represent an Australian tank crew?

That should be a good looking build. Im learning more about Australian Armor in the war particularly in Australia and the islands.

Count me in! Too many subjects to choose from. At least a RAAF F/A-18 Hornet. Hang on maybe a Mirage, could even throw in an F-35A or maybe my all-time air show favourite with a "Pig".

Sorry it's lock-down and I don't know what day it is let alone date. It must be still November isn't it? Somewhere?

And they're on the way.  Let's hope they get here before the GB starts.

Well the Provisional dates are as of right now Jan. 23 2021 - May 16 2021. Myself and @JOCKNEY are looking forward to everyone’s builds. Please feel free to spread the word that everyone is welcome. This includes anything from the beginning’s of the colonies through to modern times.

Hi Pat,

If flags are included then you need to include both flags.

New Zealand

Australia

Interested in this one! Got a Mauve P-40N in 1/48th scale in a horrid lurid green plastic. Going with either a 450 sqd, RAAF in Italy or a New Zealand example in the Pacific. Count me in.

Thanks Ray

If someone could combine both flags in the previous picture it would be great. Far beyond my IT skills I'm afraid.

Cheers
