Airfix Henschel 123's.

Recommended Posts

Hi folk's,a pair for the Kit you built as a kid GB,one was a bagged original and the other a later boxed version sadly the Spanish decals were shot so I improvised

an earlier pre war scheme, this kit is due for re-release beware the struts forward of the cockpit they were miles short of the upper wing so I ended up cutting them

off and scratching new ones.

I've been on a nostalgia trip with your latest builds Steve, these two being part of it! Gorgeous little builds, especially like the shot of them both together. Makes you realise how these kits can still catch attention in the 21sts century when done as well as this :)

Looking Good Steve. I made one of these in the Eighties as well. I still have it. I now have both 1/48 Gaspatch kits to do. These will get done.

I made the Italeri one which was a nightmare because of the central struts not being the right size. So I know what you mean by that issue.

Hi Steve,

Not too sure how I missed this post!!!

I am impressed! Two Hs 123 for the price of one! Great finish on both of them.

This kit has been in my stash for decades, and I would like to do it justice. A new 1/72 new tool is overdue and Airfix should oblige.

Well done and congrats!

JR
