MarkSH
Hello all, Here's my entry another Tamiya 1/48: Haven't decided on which of the schemes to do yet, not that there's much difference between them, but I'm erring toward the box art as I do like a bit of yellow! I have got the Eduard zoom set and that's about it really, looking at the kit its very nice...I don't think it needs much extra at all. Cheers, Mark.
Corsairfoxfouruncle
Id go for the box-top as well unless I had A/M decals.

Col.
Yip, the box-art scheme is rather smart, between all the white markings and the yellow nose she's certainly got a dash of colour about her
modelling minion
Having seen what you can do with ancient Airfix plastic this should be a real treat Mark. And I agree about choosing the box top option, a nice splash of colour.
MarkSH
Hello Chaps, I'm afraid that I am going to have to forego this GB. I really want to build the Corsair, but I have too much on both within the hobby and elsewhere. A work project deadline means that my attention to builds will be restricted for a couple of months. My modelling focus is to finish the builds I already have started and as I really want to do justice to the Tamiya F4U I will save it for another time. Apologies. Corsairfoxfouruncle
Totally understandable but life unfortunately beats hobby.
