TallBlondJohn
Beautiful. And nod to the original film for recording this rare plane and giving it such a good paint job
bentwaters81tfw
....and you made it look so simple. I expect when you were watching the film, you though, 'ang on a minute lads, I've got a great idea'
stevehnz
A stunning job on that, I really need to watch the movie again & take more notice of this bird. Steve.
MikeH
Great job Neil. I have really enjoyed watching this build take shape. Despite what's we've said about the diminutive proportions of the canopy, overall I think it's a good looking plane. Cheers, Mike

Neil
Thanks for the comments, much appreciated. 3 hours ago, stevehnz said: I really need to watch the movie again & take more notice of this bird. Steve. I've tried to find a clip of it online to post here but no luck unfortunately. There are various shots of the C-74 in the film between approx the 52 minute mark and 62 minute mark, with a very clear shot of the Gold being lowered out of the cargo bay too. 50 minutes ago, MikeH said: Despite what's we've said about the diminutive proportions of the canopy, overall I think it's a good looking plane. Cheers, Mike Got to try and think of something else to build now though, decisions desicions ......
