Mig88 Posted May 23, 2020 Share Posted May 23, 2020 Here is a kit I built back in 2011. It's Revell's 1:72 Aeritalia (Fiat) G.91R/3. It reperesents 32+75, of Le.KG 4, Luftwaffe, at Husum in October 1979 during the "Bulls Eye 79" exercises. The kit was built very much OOB. It was painted by brush and varnished with airbrush. I just checked my notes and indeed the fit of main components (fuselage halves, nose piece, gun panels, wings, canopy) was overall bad needing filling, sanding and/or scraping. I still have another in my stash for the FAP (Portuguese Air Force) though I won't be doing the Tiger Meet scheme when I get round to it. What I would like to have is a G91T two-seater but so far there is none available in 1:72 or 1:144. I would also make it in FAP colours.
