There was a bit of excitement when I gave it a final wipe and one of the stars came off in a crumpled mess on the tissue! Luckily it smoothed out and stuck back on OK.

 

Thanks for a fun GB! Now I can have a look at all the other builds going on!

It wouldn’t have got there without using superglue to get an instant bond on the lower wing section while holding it in places it didn’t want to go in! Also Acrylic putty filled all the gaps in those removable side panels. I applied it with a cocktail stick and wiped off the excess before it was fully dry with a damp old paintbrush, so I didn’t need to sand.

That turned out quite tidy for a quickie build.  And you had a lot more pieces to deal with than I did!  :rofl2:

 

I'm still plugging away...just under 4 hours left.
