grufsnik
Hi folks, the model is a dystopian legions, armoured patriot carrier from spartan games, 32mm scale. Nice model, fun build, any faults are mine!!

TonyW
Here's my just under Superhero Status Sherman. A couple of hours short of Blitzbuilder glory. Close, but no coconut. A few pictures... A real trip down memory lane for me, jogging all kinds of playground battles with mates many, many years ago. I'll be doing a few more of the range like this now I have the taste for them! Alan P
Gutted not to make the Superhero grade by a scant 36 minutes, but I forgot to paint the wheels yesterday The overall build time was just under 12 hours in total so still feeling pretty heroic Hobby Boss 1/48 P-38L Lightning, an absolute delight to build, very clever tooling and perfect fit. Also includes True Details resin cockpit and wheels. Kit decals were used, also excellent quality. Painted with Alclad Airframe Aluminium, Zero Paints Nissan Red and MRP Black. All lacquers for quick-drying! Gear struts were AK Xtreme Metal Aluminium, turbo exhausts were Xtreme Metal Burnt Metal. Due to the clever tooling and fit of the kit, not one bit of filler was used on any part of the model - definitely a first for me for a natural metal finish. While not quite superheroic, I'm amazed it's possible to build a decent model in such a short time. Which leaves me wondering - why do I still have a stash? Thanks for the new experience of a BM Blitzbuild - appreciated the atmosphere, even though the the pace prevented me fully joining in with everyone's builds! Cheers, Alan

Hockeyboy76
My Megg 15, built in superhero time, chuffed to bits, most of the time was waiting for the paint to dry. A mostly pun free build, makes a change. Thanks all for another fantastic BlitzBuild Better finish my other build now

Tim R-T-C
The Dwarven Watchtower at Old Filey Point. I completely forgot about this Blitzbuild until I saw it start so didn't have anything planned, so a little improv to turn a toilet roll and Pringles lid into a coastal Watchtower for 15mm whitemetal dwarves and their cat. 27
Jinxman
TOM 1/35 Raketenwerfer 43 - a nice little build, enough fettling to make it interesting, (11 hours Saturday and 6 today) - thanks for looking in. 😃
tangerine_sedge
My Airfix Sabre in all its glory : The good : The kit went together very well. It looks like a Sabre. Deciding a simple one colour scheme was sensible. One more kit built from the stash! Wheels up option saved time, but oddly for Airfix the nose wheel cover was the wrong size and shape, but the main wheel covers were perfect! Great fun! The bad : Spilt glue. Split putty tube covering me in filler (for the nose wheel cover). The decals are hit and miss, some are conforming well, others are already lifting (shhh! Don't tell anyone!)
RJBud1
Here is my 1/72 BI-1. Built in 27 hours. Could've been much faster, but hey I'm 16, so it was good learning. And 3 hours short of Blitzbuild Glory! Dang!

Hockeyboy76
It’s Ryker Jim, bit not as we know it. Sneaking in under 24hrs, BlitzBuild paint issues aside it’s finished. Used some spare decals to improve it

qn30jEkPz7
Novo 1/72 Gloster Javelin with a bit of nose fettling to represent(ish) XH897 at Duxford Kit and scheme weren’t great blitz build choices but happyish that it looks vaguely Javelin-like. Serials on the intake are the wrong size along with many other compromises you’ll no doubt spot. Nose was lengthened with some plastic card, tip pitot and camera window added from spares box, decals cobbled together from the spares folder Edited May 25, 2020 by LostCosmonauts
depressed lemur
Okay, here is mine. Academy F/A-18A Blue Angels boxing. I like to push myself on these things so went for the superhero option. Single sitting stopping only to pander to the need to eat and sleep, total time 24 hours and 2 minutes. So, not a superhero. Apart from the fuselage which is made up of and amazing 10 pieces alone the kit went together rather well. i am glad I have a few more of these in the stash as I now feel the need to make one at a more sedate pace and give it the attention it deserves. Main paint colours Tamiya Royal Blue and Mr Hobby RLM04 as I did not want to try fighting the decals which looked like being a nightmare. Photos below. Thanks for looking
