Serial numbers will be added after the lockdown opens. Great kit and lots of fun.
My favorite aircraft.

very neat.  I'll put a @Linescriber  in as he might have some comments...

Now, Eduard don't do a MiG-21FL,  (and they could as they do all the bits)  I managed to get a PFM tail sprue off them to do one, so how id you do yours?

for those who want a crash course in MiG-21 variants...

see here http://mig-21.de/english/technicaldataversions.htm

Yep..........I have one of these on my 'to do' list. I bought one of the Eduard Limited Edition 'Silver Arrows' sets since it had the sprues for the PF, PFM and MF. I know its potentially an expensive way to produce a MiG-21FL but until Eduard deem it financially viable to market one its the only way forward. Never understood why they did not since there are some attractive Indian and Middle Eastern colour schemes out there for the FL variant.

As for the subject of this thread.....very nice

Well Done, Sir !

Indeed, and also with fascinating operational history....

There is also a lack of decent decals though, the Indian ones can be assembled,  but there is a distinct lack of accurate Arab ones ....

They do have all the bits, but apart from the Silver Arrows set, not in one box!    I got the PFM sprue when Eduard did the 'postman' sale, offering free shipping,  I bough a load and asked for a fin sprue.

In 72nd they do a PF/PFM kit, so I believe all the bits needed are in one box.

@PranayKumar99,   what unit  and when is your FL representing?  Is this one of the Indian built planes?

This is a bird from the 30 squadron (Rhinos), I'll get the logo and serial numbers printed after the lockdown is opened in India. Yes, this one of the ones built in India and also later upgraded with 4 pylons under the wing and AoA vane (Scratch built) near the nose cone.

Regarded by the IAF pilots as the best Fishbed

Also, my favorite variant of the Fishbed, I've seen them flying out of airbases in Western India. Beautiful machines. I have a few more in the stash, will be made soon.....
