I must admit wondering if the two seaters just retained the same canopy as the D, as opposed to the more imaginative drawings. So they might have been seen in photos but not identified as such. However, there are not exactly a lot of photos of mid and late war German trainers, especially of the bombers, so it isn't impossible that none were taken, or at least none survived to be published (as yet).
